Committee
The client work: consulting and financial advisory engagements, competition entries, and events. Committees meet more often than the general body and expect you to carry a piece of the work.

Do I have to be in Wharton?
No. WUAC is open to every Penn undergraduate. The club is Wharton-recognised, not Wharton-only.
Do I need an engineering background?
No. The work is commercial, financial, and policy work. You will pick up the technical vocabulary as you go.
What does the client work involve?
Two practices. Consulting advisory takes a strategy or operations question. Financial advisory covers valuation, market sizing, and capital markets.
What is the time commitment?
General body attendance is as much or as little as you want. Committees expect steady weekly work during an engagement, and the load is heaviest close to a client deadline or a competition submission.
